Ph.D. student
Karin graduated from the University of Virginia in 2024 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Her undergraduate research projects studied point-of-use water treatment technologies using chemical disinfection against viral and bacterial pathogens. She is looking forward to bringing that experience with her to the Rockey Research Group and exploring the field of virology.
